The challenges with the previous website were its messaging, structure, and generic look and feel. The website did not achieve the desired impact and lacked a “POW” moment.
The main objectives of the new website were to get more people to call and request a demo, as well as to display authority, trust, and security to businesses looking for a new system to run their operations. The previous website did not perform well in terms of selling products/services or lead generation.
A mood board was created at the outset to establish an overall look and feel, including brand colors, fonts, image treatments, icons, and more, by our Brand Director. This step was essential to ensure that the brand was elevated to its highest level before any designing took place.
During the website redesign, we implemented the SPIN Selling formula to create clear and concise messaging. The website was also restructured to enhance the user experience and improve navigation.
To drive organic traffic and establish trust with visitors, a blog was added to the website. This new design is not only visually appealing but also provides an easy-to-follow pathway for visitors to find the information they need.
