Yosha Law firm’s previous website had a few issues. It lacked visual appeal,. It wasn’t welcoming or have an inviting atmosphere. The challenge was we had to ensure that potential clients who were unfamiliar with the legal process would not feel overwhelmed or intimidated when visiting the site.
Overcoming these challenges was crucial to achieving the main objective of the new website: attracting more quality calls and serious injury cases, establishing the law firm as the preeminent leader in personal injury law in the state of Indiana, and showcasing their commitment to caring for their clients.
We started with an in-depth strategy session, then created a mood board that the client loved. Then we started on the website design by making it more visually appealing. We had our copywriting partners create the messaging throughout the website.
We gave the client a structure for the video scripts, and a strategy to attract qualified leads to book calls with them. We worked with the SEO firm to ensure the website would rank even better than their previous website, and made sure it’s easy to navigate.
We added testimonials, photos of attorneys and clients, and social proof. Before launching the website, we conducted user testing to ensure that it was easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices.
